It’s my birthday next week and my Golden Ticket of a son is taking a half day for a secret treat (God help me – I imagine I will be climbing something and sweating buckets of fear knowing his idea of a ‘treat’……) He told his work I will be 75, when in fact I will only be 56 years young!
A grateful, blessed 56 years young. Grateful and blessed to have these years of absolute joy of life that I didn’t think was possible.
I am older, saggier, funnier, kinder, more at peace with myself , more comfortable in my increasing wrinkly skin than I have ever been, and beyond grateful to have another sober birthday and the opportunity to see, feel and hear the wonders of life all around me. Wonders I didn’t even know I existed during my drinking years.
I wanted to be sober so badly, and I knew all the things I didn’t want any more of, the headaches, the shame, the pretending I was ok, when I was anything but. The exhaustion of always being the life and soul, minus any real life or soul, the lying, the hiding my drinking and the trying to convince myself I was in control.
Do you recognise any of this?
The truth is, I had no idea what a sober life, or any other life was, but my God I do now, and I want you to know too.
You know that your drinking takes from you, and your loves. You see, feel and hear the distress that comes from your nightly ‘pick you up’ that ‘drags you down’.
But have you ever really stopped and thought of the true costs of your drinking?
Yes, there are the money ‘costs’, and you can probably recoup the cash. You can save a bit here, cut back a bit there, it’s not so bad (until it is).
But I’m talking about the soul wounding deeper and much bigger costs. The costs of joy, peace, happiness, love, self-respect, self-esteem and all the other ‘self’s’ that when in place, gift you the wonder of a life worth living, not the half-life of your drinking.
How many of the life’s loving moments with your children, your partner, your family and friends have you lost? The memories of joy that are at best fogged over, and at worst you deprived yourself of because of your hangover, your alcohol worry and stress, your fearful thinking and your sleepless nights?
How many days of peace has your drinking cost you? How much laughter, love, contentment, and fun?
How much success has your drinking cost you? How many times have you not put yourself forward, fearful that you are flawed and lesser because of your drinking?
How much of the capable, less resilient, less amazing, sexy, confident and wonderful you has gone down the hatch with your wine?
These are costs that take to much from you, these are the costs the rob you of the joy of a life worth living.
You have been gifted this one potentially glorious opportunity to be your very best self, to bask in a Universe that loves you, with people who love and respect you, with a YOU that loves and respects you, and no matter how many years you live, this one time opportunity of life, is painfully short.
You can’t get any of the lost joys back, not one minute, of one day, of one month of however many years you have struggled with your drinking, but you can make the decision to change, for life, TODAY, and gift yourself, and your loves, the life you all deserve, for the many years of life you have ahead of you.
The peace, love, joy and wonder of this life is priceless, completely priceless.
I have women who say to me I would do/pay anything to be free from my drinking. It would mean everything to me to be free, and yet, when it comes down to it, there is something else, someone else more important in their life.
Something that some else needs, and being the giving, loving woman that you are, you decide to put yourself last again and continue doing what they have always done, trying and ‘failing’ and so stay trapped in your stop/start drinking cycles and all the associated unhappiness and despair that comes with it, instead of investing in yourself, even though you know that what is best for you, is best for everyone you love.
Your drinking costs you to much LIFE, yet it is YOUR decision to pay that cost, over and over again, and so feel the loss of you, if not everyday, certainly every day you want to change the way you drink and find that you cannot.
This is my 6th sober birthday, I don’t have big plans, I don’t need them. I have love, and peace and harmony and gratitude, the most profound gratitude for the gift of freedom and joy of the life I now have, the freedom to be who I am without shame of fear of relapse. The freedom that gifts me the glorious inner knowing that I am good enough, always.
There is no greater gift than this.
If you are heartsick of your drinking, and know that you have to try something new, something empowering, something effortless and something that will change the way you drink for life, NOW, I have the answer.
I developed the unique 6 week, 1-2-1 RAPID ALCOHOL RECOVERY METHOD, coaching process, from my own sudden joyful sober moment, the knowledge and learning’s I have invested in over the last 6 years, as well as my training’s as a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Master Coach.

How long have you felt heartbroken about your drinking?
How many weeks, months or years have you spent trying to control your thoughts, feelings and cravings for your pick-you-up the knocks-you-down?
How hard has it become to pretend you feel happy and relaxed when you don’t?
Or in pretending you are at peace and present for your family, when really are watching the clock tick too slowly toward’s Wine O’Clock, that blessed time of the day when you can finally relax and have your first glass of wine, after giving up on the daily battle you have in the run up to that first glass of wine?
And finally, how long have you been trying to convince yourself that your drinking isn’t a problem, doesn’t concern you, doesn’t take joy from your life, when you know deep inside it does and yet the thought of change frightens you?
The whole sad alcohol ‘problem’ is an exhausting mess and the methods you read and hear about, that make perfect sense, just don’t work for you, and you have no idea why.
But it doesn’t have to be this way, you can change your drinking, easily and you don’t have to stop completely because ‘never again’ is not your only option………..
Just to control your drinking would be enough, wouldn’t it? To have the freedom to chose when/how you drink and you just don’t know how to achieve it.
Most of the amazing women I talk to want the ‘freedom to control their drinking’, a strangely conflicting statement which I always gently challenge, because control isn’t freedom………
Of course to find yourself finally in control of your drinking is a fantastic step forward, when you have previously felt so out of control, but the truth is, control is the equivalent of an electronic leg tag.
You have made a huge effort and you have obeyed your self-imposed rules, and learnt to live, on the whole and in comfort, within the boundaries and strategies of avoidance around alcohol you have created for yourself.
And when the going is good, you are rocking your control.
You see, hear and feel all the benefits of being in control. You feel proud, happy and a winner, and because of these wonderful feelings, every aspect of your life improves – your home life is more peaceful, life is more joyful, life is gooooood!
However, relying on ‘Control, like Willpower, is simply a way of keeping you ‘locked in’ on your promises, and like the electronic tagging device, there is always the added weight and the unnatural flashing light of it in your awareness, both of which take energy.
And here’s an absolute truth, on days when you are thinking/ feeling good about yourself and the way you view the world, you believe that your control/willpower is working.
However on those wonderful days, because of the way you are thinking and feeling, you don’t want a drink and its easy to say ‘No’.
Then on days where you feel lower in energy – maybe over tired, hungry, alone, unappreciated, unheard, unloved, in need of comfort and support, you waver, you believe your ‘control/willpower weakens and you drink.
And you know the rest. You feel a failure (again) and you are marched back into your alcohol prison and drinking cycle, all control seemingly abandoned, until you try again, and harder, placing yourself in tighter restrictions, which takes even more energy to stay in control.
You only need control/willpower to stop yourself doing something you really want to do, and you drink in a way you don’t like to make yourself ‘feel better’. So, on tougher, lower days, you find yourself needing to control your method of ‘feeling better’ – that’s where the sense of deprivation, loss, sadness comes in.
You are not designed to live in pain and unhappiness, or to deny yourself comfort and support, you have just forgotten how to deliver the ‘feeling better’ you are looking for, and so you turn to alcohol.
Freedom is completely different, it is limitless, it is living without the fear of relapse, it is peace and grace, and it is a very, very different in energy from Control.
Again, you drink to make yourself feel better. But Control isn’t long lasting ‘feeling better’. Control is a superficial sticking plaster – it isn’t the inside out ‘feeling better’ you need, FREEDOM is.
The freedom I am talking about, is the freedom from your ‘Alcohol is the SOLUTION’ belief. Control leaves that belief safely in place, ready and waiting to comfort you when you are most in need, the very time when you most need control.
Freedom is being connected with yourself, in awareness of your needs and lovingly delivering them.
Freedom is trust in you. Control is lack of trust, hoping to learn to trust in you.
Freedom takes no energy, instead it gifts you more.
Control takes energy, and when you need it most, it control drains you most.
Do you recognise my writing?
Can you see and feel that Freedom from your drinking is where you want to be?
- The freedom to choose if and when you drink?
- The freedom of no longer being afraid of ‘failure’, the freedom to live the life of peace and grace you deserve?
If you are ready for that freedom, I know the easiest, most empowering, joyful way, and that is through the Rapid Alcohol Recovery Method. My unique 6 week coaching process is a powerful process of new awareness’s around your alcohol struggle, that allows you to release the the emotional cravings that overwhelm you, that you drink to ‘comfort’. It is the only process that recognizes the clear structure you go through every time you pick up the first glass after a day spent on control, and reverses that structure so that alcohol doesn’t even enter your thinking.
Developed to explain and recreate easy change to painful drinking, it is based on my own journey of 28 years of alcohol struggle and stress, and it is the exact process that took me back to ME, the me who never ‘needs’ to drink or eat myself silly to feel better. The incredible women who commit to this easy journey enjoy a level of success unheard of in traditional quit drinking therapies, and it is the journey to freedom on offer to you, no Control or Willpower required.
If you are ready to change your drinking, to forget about control and find your freedom, I am here.
Reaching out is the ONLY hard part of change, and it shows that you are already brave.
Don’t waste another day, week, month or year struggling with alcohol the way you have been for the last day’s, weeks, months and years. If you want to change your drinking, and you are ready to invest in you, the change starts TODAY, by clicking HERE to contact me.

In this time of huge uncertainty, it is hardly surprising the alcohol sales have increased, or rather soared. One report states that in March there was an increase of alcohol sales £199 MILLION and that one distributor announced recorded sales of 255,000 extra bottles in ONE DAY, and that 55% more people are drinking daily! I mean, WOW!
And even though we now have more freedom, I doubt this is party drinking.
Its not normal for us to be separated, to not physically hug or kiss our loves, and on top of that, you are stuck at home, maybe home schooling, maybe furloughed, and feeling very uncertain about a future that no-one can predict. And so you drink and your evening glass has become a bottle and a must.
You only drink to make yourself ‘feel better’, and living in this strange and shifting reality, you feel in need of more ‘comfort’, not less, but your drinking doesn’t comfort you.
However you know that your drinking doesn’t make you feel better. You feel much worse, not just physically, but emotionally too. You are more tired, have less energy, less of the peaceful loving feeling you opened the bottle to find, less of the woman you truly are and less of the mother you want to be to your children.
And how do you know that? Well, you feel it in the lack of calm within your home, and you see it in the tense faces of your loved ones – no matter how you try to hide it, they always know when you have been drinking.
And so you have realized that this must drink, must now stop. But you can’t stop. And even worse, now, on top of all the stresses of this situation, you have the added, claustrophobic winter duvet weight of your drinking laid heavily over every aspect of your life – because make no mistake, your drinking affects every area of who you are, and what you.
So, what stops you gifting yourself the freedom and peace you deserve, now, when you need it most?
Some of the amazing women I speak to, who are brave enough to reach out to me and love the sound of the Rapid Alcohol Recovery Method process, want the freedom of the Testimonials page, and who know that my work resonates with them, and know that they will have the freedom to choose whether they drink or not socially, in just 6 weeks, say the ‘cost’ of signing up is too much right now.
And I get that, I truly do, I struggled for 28 years to change my drinking, and at that time, probably would have thought seriously about the ‘cost’ of £1500 being too much, too far out of reach, as well as frightened of failing again. I wasn’t able to believe I could change and I was fearful of who/how I would be/move in life without alcohol, all of which paralyzed me into inaction.
But here’s the thing, and this is said to you with absolute love from one good, kind woman to another who has been where you are, putting on a brave face, glossing over your the pain of your drinking and the fears and anxieties around alcohol, that wake you in the night, there is NO COST to the life of freedom and peace that comes from no longer feeling exhausted, a failure and controlled by bloody alcohol.
Freedom from your drinking has no price, it is priceless.
Here’s what I know to be 100 true, there are no mysteries around why you drink, and no mysteries as to how to change, so no fear of it not working for you. There is no failure. All there is, is a different approach.
This is the approach that knows that the traditional methods of ‘don’t pick up the glass’ is both the wrong place to start and the hardest way, I know that 100% to be true, and I know what does work and why.
The Rapid Alcohol Recovery Method is an investment, not a cost. It is the only investment you will make for a lifetime of understanding, compassion and peace around alcohol. This unique process is effortless.
The Rapid Alcohol Recovery Method takes you on the joyful journey back into the woman you truly are. The resourceful, resilient, peaceful, loving, maybe slightly mad (in a good way, or maybe that’s just me…..), woman you love to be and who your loves have missed, because of the way you drink.
You can choose to live in this uncertain time (for who knows how long), without investing in you. Yes, you will have the extra cash stored for a rainy day, still in your daily drinking struggle, longing for freedom and innocently unaware that your drinking causes so many of your rainy days, or you can stop, pause, take a deep breath and own the truth of what I have written, and step up, commit to YOU, and in doing so, take back the freedom and peace you have so long surrendered to alcohol.
Now is the time for change. Not next month, or next year, or when the job situation becomes clearer. By waiting for a ‘better situation’, you stay stuck in a ‘worse one’, in your painful, unhappy and physically and emotionally expensive drinking.
I know that the only hard part of changing the way you drink, is the reaching out, so if you are ready, just contact me HERE, with your name, and i will do the rest.
Be kind and gentle with yourself
Sonia
Ps. Here’s a very recent joyful Client Testimonial. I absolutely respect privacy, so never publish names.
“I am 16 weeks sober & during Lockdown! I have never achieved this before and there is no stress of struggle or anxiety. It feels unbelievable and yes, I have joy. Thank you Sonia, thank you”
This what is waiting for you! x

How did you drink last night? And the night before?
Was it a smooth decision? No ‘need’ behind the glass of wine with dinner—sipped, enjoyed, and the bottle back in the fridge, leaving you feeling happy, relaxed, and at peace?
Or, was it a battle? The first glass gulped down as you surrendered to that overwhelming alcohol mind battle? Feeling despair and confusion as yet another bottle disappeared?
When was the last time you felt hollowed out by your struggle not to drink?
When did you last give in to that glass of wine, that became two, then the whole bottle? The frustration, the helplessness—feeling like a failure?
And, how are you truly feeling in the deepest part of you? The part no one else can see, but you.
Are you proud of yourself, of your choices, and who you are? Or, like I was for so many long years, are you feeling ashamed, weak, and helpless in your drinking habits? Struggling with a lack of control, peace, wellness, and that feeling of isolation and confusion?
You Are Meant to Live Connected and at Peace with Yourself
You were meant to live in connection and peace with yourself. Safe in your trust of you, quietly and deeply self-accepting, self-loving, and self-comforting. These elements of self are what gift you the peace and joy that make life truly worth living—even during the harder, sadder times that will always be a part of life.
I know you already understand that changing your drinking will change everything.
You’ve felt it. You’ve experienced it.
You’ve felt the physical and emotional benefits when you drink less, or not at all—better sleep, more balanced moods, more energy, and a greater connection to your true self.
You know this. You feel it.
But still, you find yourself slipping back into that same struggle.
The daily decision to not drink becomes harder and harder as time passes.
You feel like you’re doing better, only to find the pressure mounting as the day goes on. And that familiar voice begins to rise in your mind, the one that always seems to want you to “just have one”, telling you that “you deserve it” or that “you’ve had a long day.”
Who Is This Voice? Is It the ‘Wine Witch’?
Do you talk to your friends about this dreaded, destructive voice that entices you back to the bottle? Is this the Wine Witch? And what does she say to you?
Maybe words like:
- “Have just the one.”
- “You deserve it.”
- “You’ve had a long day, why not start tomorrow?”
- “Don’t deprive yourself of something you love.”
- “You’ll be fine this time. You can stop at one.”
- “It’s not that bad.”
Does this sound familiar?
And so, you give in. You drink. You feel awful. Weak. Guilty. A failure. And you blame your Wine Witch. You have to blame someone….it can’t be you
After all, you don’t deliberately want to feel terrible the next day, right?
The Truth About the ‘Wine Witch’
Here’s where the real power lies: Your Wine Witch isn’t the enemy.
She’s not a force outside of you, taunting you for no reason. She’s part of you, who shows up when you need her most.
In moments of overwhelm, when you’re lacking comfort, rest, or self-nourishment, she’s there.
She’s there to offer what you feel you need in that moment.
What you may not realize is that the Wine Witch is your unconscious mind doing its best to offer comfort in the only way it knows how: through alcohol.
But here’s the where it gets confusing: your unconscious mind doesn’t know what alcohol is.
It doesn’t know the damage alcohol does to your health, your happiness, or your relationships.
It doesn’t remember the mess from the night before.
It can’t play forward to how you’ll feel tomorrow morning, and it certainly doesn’t know the long-term effects of drinking. It only knows how you feel in the moment—and in moments of stress, exhaustion, sadness, uncertainty, struggle or overwhelm, it sends alcohol as the solution.
Your unconscious mind isn’t malicious—it’s just trying to comfort you.
It’s trying to provide you with relief from the mental fatigue, overwhelm, or emotional discomfort that you’re feeling right now. It’s not trying to hurt you.
But it doesn’t have the full picture, it can’t see beyond your moments of distress, of fight.
It has no knowledge that Alcohol isn’t a solution—it’s just a temporary fix. Your unconscious mind simply doesn’t know that.
The Battle You’re Facing is Not with Alcohol, But with Yourself
Here’s the key realization:
When you battle alcohol, you’re not fighting the alcohol itself.
You’re battling a conflict between your conscious mind—what you “know” is best for you—and your unconscious mind, which is trying to comfort you with the only tool it knows: alcohol.
Your conscious mind tells you, “Don’t drink. You’ll feel terrible. You’ll regret it.” It’s the voice of reason—the angel that tries to steer you in the right direction. But often, it’s harsh and critical, which only adds to the frustration. You might feel like you’re fighting with yourself, and that’s exhausting.
On the other hand, your unconscious mind—the Wine Witch—is soft, loving, and well-intentioned. She’s trying to comfort you, even though the method she’s using (alcohol) isn’t actually helping.
Your unconscious mind is your super power, it always wins and is your loving protector, but without you shifting your perspective, understanding what’s going on, and guiding it to a new understanding, it will always offers alcohol because it believes it will bring you comfort.
You Are Not Broken. You Just Need a New Way to Meet Your Needs
When you recognize that your Wine Witch is not the enemy, but rather a misguided protector, the conflict inside you begins to fade. The next time you feel that pull to drink, you can pause and ask yourself, “What do I really need in this moment?”
Instead of blaming yourself or your Wine Witch, you can listen to your true needs—whether it’s rest, nourishment, self-care, or simply a moment of peace—and offer that to yourself in a healthier way. In doing so, you re-connect with your true self.
The Power of Self-Awareness and Self-Compassion
When you begin to understand that the root of your drinking is not the alcohol itself, but the unmet needs beneath it, you gain true freedom. You break the cycle of guilt and shame and start to treat yourself with the self-compassion you deserve.
Changing your drinking doesn’t need to be a battle. It doesn’t need to be about deprivation, guilt, or endless struggle. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, understanding your needs, and learning to meet them in healthy ways. That’s how you start to feel at peace with your drinking—and with yourself.
You Don’t Have to Stay Stuck
I know you’ve been trying to change your drinking, and it feels like you’ve tried everything.
The start/stop cycle can feel like a never ending hamster wheel of struggle and stress.
But I promise you, there’s another way. You don’t need to keep fighting yourself. All you need is the right approach to understand what’s driving your drinking.
That’s why I created the 6-week RAPID ALCOHOL CONTROL METHOD—a transformative coaching process that’s about reconnecting you with your true self, understanding your emotional needs, and helping you break free from the cycle of struggle and shame around alcohol.
It’s not about giving up something forever; it’s about ending your daily drinking struggle, dismantling your alcohol trap and empowering you to choose when and how you drink, with peace and confidence.
You’re ready for this change. You don’t have to do it alone.

How are you feeling today, after yesterday’s daily struggle with drinking?
Even if you don’t have a hangover, even if you managed to ‘control’ how much you drank, can you do it again tonight, tomorrow night, for a week, a month, and how much energy, exhausting mental and physical energy, will you have to put into it?
You know that the way you drink hurts you, on a level that is so deep, it feels as though it scars your soul.
You see children’s anxious, watchful eyes waiting to see how you will react over small incidents, or no incidents, just a little bit more noise or mess, cuts you in half.
Maybe your children are older, but their pain is still the same, worrying and fearful wanting to ring you, not wanting to hear your drunken voice. It’s all the same.
The shouty, snappy impatient you they see, is not who you are and is absolutely not a reflection of your love for them – that huge well of love that makes you want to scoop them up and hold them until your heart and theirs, feel as one.
But sadly, that is not who they see or how they believe you feel about them. You see the confusion and hurt and lack of safety in your love staring back at you, and you go into the bathroom and cry.
So feeling the way you do, what stops you making the commitment to letting go, for once and for all, of your drinking pain?
For most, it is the fear of failure – and yet you feel you are failing anyway.
Or the fear of how you will cope/be without alcohol – and yet you despair of your lack of coping, and who you are, with alcohol
Or the fear of trying again, and failing – because everything you have tried before has had the same approach and so the same results, just packaged differently.
Everything you fear about changing your drinking stems from 3 beliefs you currently hold
1 Your ‘Alcohol is the SOLUTION‘ belief
2 Your ‘Changing the way you drink will be hard‘, belief
3 Your ‘You can never drink again’ belief
And how do you know you have these 3 belief’s? It’s easy.
- When you think about not having a drink at the end of a busy day, how do you feel? Contracted or Expanded
- When you think about trying to change your drinking, how do you feel? Contracted or Expanded
- When you think that changing your drinking means ‘never again’, how do you feel? Contracted or Expanded
When you feel Contracted you have the 3 beliefs. Contracted feelings are feelings of FEAR, and your fear always shows up first in your tummy. Think now about changing the way you drink and notice the feelings that arise – words you might also use to describe the feelings are deprivation, anxiety, loss, all of which are layers of fear. Do you recognise that?
When you feel Contracted, changing your drinking is fearful, stressful and very, very hard.
When you feel Contracted, you are thinking about stepping away from a habit that brings you something you need. And that need always comes under the umbrella of ‘comfort’ – this can mean rest, peace, coping, confidence, all things you don’t have, and need at different times.
However, when you feel Expanded, you are excited about change, the ‘challenge’, you look forward to it, expecting great results. Changing your drinking just means learning something new and you can’t wait to bring it on and enjoy the freedom.
In Expanded feelings there is no fear, and there are no 3 painful beliefs. Do you recognise this too, even if you can’t yet apply it to your drinking?
If you do, that’s fantastic as it means you already have a shift in awareness that can, when you know how to, propel you forward to changing your drinking, with ease, and it is the knowing and accepting of the above that makes all the difference.
I didn’t know, so couldn’t accept, or work with the awareness of the 3 beliefs I held around alcohol, and so I fought and failed for 28 painful years to change, in any way, how I drank.
I now know that those beliefs were 100% were the walls of my alcohol prison, not alcohol, and that they are yours too, and like mine, yours too can be easily disappear.
But your old beliefs cannot be smashed, or broken – your beliefs are who you are, even when they don’t serve you, and your beliefs are the creators of our reality, until you recognize them and know the process of letting them go.
It is easy to let go of your ‘Alcohol is the SOLUTION‘ belief. Awareness of a new way of thinking, backed up consistently by easy self-loving actions, that cost you nothing and enhance every step of your empowering journey to peace and freedom around alcohol, is all that you need.
I have a simple formula for changing your ‘Alcohol is the SOLUTION’ belief, and it is not hard, I promise you. It is literally down to a 4 step process of, AWARENESS +LIVING + FEELING = BELIEVING and once you no longer believe that alcohol is in any way your solution, the other 2 beliefs simply cease to exist. I promise you.
Awareness – learning how to recognise your limiting beliefs and releasing them, in the moment
Living – creating a way of living that has no focus on alcohol, is easy and re-builds your trust and love of you.
Feeling – the joy of consistently living your new life where alcohol, does not even feature as any sort of Solution. Where alcohol is just another beverage, an occasional treat, that you can take or leave, because your real, empowering solution is YOU!
Bring these 4 elements together and you easily release any beliefs around alcohol that leave you fearful, stressed and out of control around alcohol and alcohol situations. It is that simple.
Changing the way you drink is not hard you simply don’t know how too, and that is no longer a problem, because I do!
My empowering and unique 6 week Rapid Alcohol Recovery Method process gifts you the peaceful freedom from your exhausting, conflicting mind chatter.
It allows for the gentle release of your ‘Alcohol is the Solution’ belief, and with that one gone, the other two beliefs just don’t exist! And you are gifted back the woman and mother you deserve to be, that you truly are, for you and your loves.
How utterly wonderful is that?
Don’t wait for a tomorrow that never comes, don’t try another, yet the same, quit drinking process, packaged with a different name, it won’t work. You know that, because by God have you tried!
NOW is the time to change your drinking and transform your life, so what’s stopping you? If you would like a confidential chat, contact me, you are trapped only as long as you allow yourself to be.
Be kind and gentle with yourself

PS. Here’s a recent client testimonial – I absolute respect all my clients desire for confidentiality, so I never use names.
“I ‘forgot’ to drink on Saturday! I forgot and I have never forgotten to drink in the last 15 years. I know we agreed on 2 nights a week, because I wanted that, but I find I only drink on one. I am euphoric at how easy this process is. Thank you, thank you, thank you”
