Now 7 years sober, I know exactly why I ‘failed’, and how I suddenly found my peace and freedom, when I thought all hope was lost, and it was not through the old information I had been relying on to free me, but on new information that resonated with me, that guided and supported me, that resolved my inner conflict and that silenced my alcohol mind chatter, because it made sense to both my intellect, and the way I felt about alcohol and me.
